This is a bottle cap designed to fit perfectly on GL45 (Labware 45mm standard) threads, providing outlets that include a 1/2" barb for standard 1/2" tubing and a tiny port ideal for a 1/16" input pipe. The small hole can also function as a pressure vent when filling the glassware from the 1/2" tubing. To ensure watertight printing, it's essential to use slightly high extrusion factor settings. After building with ABS, exposing the cap to acetone vapor smoothes and joins the layers. The bottle cap fits my GL45 glassware snugly and securely, resolving a waste collection problem for me. I've also added SolidWorks and STL files of just the thread for easy remixing.
