(GL45) Autosampler HPLC to Glassware Adapter

UPDATE 19May2020 I've added a second file for each outlet, featuring a reduced inner diameter that can be printed if you find your initial pieces too snug. We encountered an issue with some bottles being too tight, resulting in problems when left on reagent bottles for extended periods. I've also removed the small stem for HPLC tubing as it was unnecessary. A shorter cap piece has been added to better match other manufactured components. This cap is designed to fit standard laboratory glassware and typical HPLC fittings and tubing. Not only have I included the cap for GL45-threaded glassware, but also the inserts if you need them. The available inserts are 3-port, 4-port, and 5-port, which can also be used with standard caps if you already have them. Everything is designed to fit with other typical laboratory glassware. Feel free to print out of any material, but unless using water exclusively, I recommend chemically resistant materials like polypropylene, nylon, PEEK, or other materials known for their high resistance to organic solvents, low concentration acids, and common chemicals used in your facility.
