Gizmacci Five - swiveling filament guide and rings

This gizmacci consists of a rotating filament guide and reinforcing rings for wiring/vent holes within my 3D Printer Enclosure. The parts are specifically designed for a 1-inch hole. I highly recommend using a new 1-inch hole saw at slow speed for best results. Acrylic sheets can crack easily from edge defects caused by cutting or drilling, so reinforcing any hole through the material is advisable. The pass-through will fit 1/4-inch or 1/8-inch sheets with a ring as a shim. Photos demonstrate how the swivel pass-through operates; be cautious not to glue the swivel ball in the rings, ensuring it moves freely and loosely. To bond ABS and acrylic, use Devcon Home Plastic Welder or similar products, requiring some harsh chemistry.
