<p><strong>This is a remix of FilterRing which is somewhat a remix from Nevermore Voron filter.</strong></p><p><strong>All credits go to </strong><a href="https://github.com/songcq/FilterRing"><strong>https://github.com/songcq/FilterRing</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><a href="https://github.com/nevermore3d/Nevermore_Micro#sourcing-the-proper-acid-free-carbon"><strong>https://github.com/nevermore3d/Nevermore_Micro#sourcing-the-proper-acid-free-carbon</strong></a><strong>: Do not, I repeat, do not buy any activated carbon pallets or you will oxidate the crappy out of your printer.</strong></p><p>I tried to remix Nevermore Max for 300mm bed by down scaling the model to fit my MK3S+ but things didn't worked out.&nbsp;<br>FilterRing is so much easier to print and fits MK3S+ bed but since I already have 2x GPU Delta fan from the Nevermore attempt, I wanted to use them instead.</p><p>The models have been up scaled to 187.5% or 180mm in diameter to fit either a <strong>DELTA BFB0712HF 65mm GPU fan</strong> for 1060 grahics card coolers or <strong>Sanyo 9TD12P6G001</strong>. A 70x20mm radial blower capable of over 500Pa of static pressure or &gt;40cfm.</p><p>180mm should also fit Mini+, you should be able to safely down scale it to 179mm or 186.46%<br><strong>There's room for that but I haven't tested.</strong><br>I never use brim so in case you do, sorry, this won't fit :( &nbsp;</p><p>I have added 3 small roles to screw the fan instead of using double-sided tapes.&nbsp;<br>The fan has 3 nuts built-in it so why not?!<br>I suck at designing a proper way to pass the cable, the existing one will make the blade to cut it while spinning so I used the hole FilterRing created to help you to center the fan to pass it.<br>That help isn't needed anymore.&nbsp;</p><p>I am holding the fan with M2 flat hex screws.</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:62.99%;"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/276584/rich_content/c9fa0709-c626-485e-9588-53997a1daae4/20220915_160519.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22010860c9-2261-496a-a9a5-6b0d2856ffa7%22%2C%22w%22%3A1908%2C%22h%22%3A2069%7D"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Screw and plastic never ends well so I made a small change to fit M4 brass knurled nuts.<br>Use a soldering iron to push the brass nuts in.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>This should fit a lot pallets :)</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:82.64%;"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/276584/rich_content/0c2ee71c-8b0c-4247-ac2c-e037c09bf2c6/20220915_162436.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22e24c4991-ee70-44bb-9ea2-e642ba012ad8%22%2C%22w%22%3A2282%2C%22h%22%3A1901%7D"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This thing can suck/push air, damn *-*<br>I will be adding a potentiometer to reduce the speed as needed.<br>Adding it as it while printing ASA which is my goal, will warp the crappy out of it haha</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/276584/rich_content/83ba0f43-1914-456f-95c7-b692cf306f40/20220915_163102.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%227dea9230-0dda-4c9f-a940-01c9511dd947%22%2C%22w%22%3A4032%2C%22h%22%3A1908%7D"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>No support is needed, you might have some hanging at the very top but yeah, it isn't a big deal.<br>Those gaps are 2.28mm tall so 3mm pallets and above is fine.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/276584/rich_content/3bdca747-97a2-438f-9332-171ba5a8ce03/20220915_163654.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22eb250ce1-2ca7-4a4c-9fe3-b61f5f13791a%22%2C%22w%22%3A3436%2C%22h%22%3A1518%7D"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>cover_with_ring</strong> has a small circular cut to fit a o-ring like Nevermore to prevent the air from escaping where it shouldn't.</p><p><strong>cover_no_ring</strong> is just like the original FilterRing cover.</p><p>I will print a o-ring in TPU but yeah, use the imagination.</p><p>For more additional info check: <a href="https://github.com/songcq/FilterRing">https://github.com/songcq/FilterRing</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
