I designed this mold specifically for pen makers who prefer making segmented pen blanks but dread spending hours cutting individual pieces. This design allows you to fill cells with different colored casting resins, achieving a stunning segmented pen look. I engineered my mold with interior walls that rise high and touch the top, eliminating the need to fill them to the brim - a common source of resin spills from overflows. I crafted this mold with solid walls and 100% infill, enabling users to work seamlessly with Alumilite and other resins that heat during curing without distorting the mold like earlier printed molds did. The mold features uniform angles for an exceptional appearance in the finished pen.
