GIRO.remix - Dual Y-Axis Bracket

####GIRO - Dual Y-Axis Bracket#### ####General#### This design was influenced by [colindo]'s original concept, but I felt it needed improvement to achieve optimal stiffness. I decided to remix and redesign the bracket to address these concerns. The result is a stiffer structure with an automatic locking mechanism for aluminum profiles, ensuring they stay in place as desired. Printing this bracket requires a well-calibrated printer, particularly due to the small nose at its end that holds the aluminum profile. If your printer is not properly calibrated, the resulting tension may be too great. In my case, my printer deviated from the 20mm gap by only 0.06mm, causing significant stress on the bracket. ####Printing#### To achieve accurate printing, I recommend using a lower print speed, such as 35 mm/s. Additionally, consider printing with an infill percentage of at least 50%. However, for maximum durability, I suggest an infill of 100%. Support structures are unnecessary when printing this bracket. ####Additional Information#### I appreciate any feedback or problems you may encounter while using this bracket. If needed, I will correct the design and provide assistance to ensure its optimal performance. Your appreciation in the form of a small tip would be greatly valued for my work. Thank you for your support. [colindo]: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1933208
