Laminated Giraffe Head Bust Model. This model can be printed on a 200x200 bed, or the individual parts can be scaled for larger models. To ensure a smooth finish, it's essential that all parts fit together perfectly without being forced or loose. I've included two control pieces to help with this process. 1. Print the "Slot Control" part using your preferred settings. 2. Print the "Height Control" piece at 0.1 layer height, as this will ensure accurate control over the model's height. 3. Once you've checked that the fit is perfect, adjust the Z-axis height of the pieces only, unchecking the proportional scaling box to maintain consistent slot sizes. If you need to scale the model, simply adjust the X and Y axes, leaving the control parts intact for maximum efficiency. I'm excited to share more animal models soon!
