A drywall rasp attachment can be created by fitting a vacuum with a custom-designed rasp blade. The blade should have dimensions similar to those of the standard Gipsrasp found at Biltema in Scandinavia, measuring approximately 140mm x 42mm. This will allow for efficient dust collection while working on drywall projects. The vacuum hose connection requires specific dimensions to ensure a secure fit, as shown in the attached picture. The tightening screw and pushplate can be reused from an existing rasp, simplifying the assembly process.
