Cookie Cutter for a Gingerbread-house that sits on a teacup. Recipe for the gingerbread recipe is listed in the "Custom Section" DO NOT USE ANY TOXIC GLUE IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING YOUR TREATS! Maybe I'll design some sort of holder for easier "gluing" in the future Gingerbread Recipe Ingredients: 100g Butter 100g Honey 300g Flour 1 teaspoon baking-soda 100g powdered sugar 1 Egg 1 pinch pepper ½ teaspoon Nutmeg ½ teaspoon Cinnamon (2 teaspoons Cocoa) Melt butter and honey together in a pot. Mix together flour and baking soda. Combine the butter-honey mixture, flour-baking soda mix, powdered sugar, egg, and spices to form a smooth dough. If desired, dye the dough using cocoa. Let the dough cool in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll it out to 3-4mm thickness. Cut out the pieces (you’ll need two of each for the house). Bake them at around 160°C circulating air for about 7 Minutes. Bigger pieces may need 1 to 2 minutes longer. "Cookie-Glue" To make the "glue", beat egg whites from two eggs until stiff. Slowly add 400g sieved powdered sugar while beating until it's a tough snow-white mass. If desired, add fruit or vegetable juice and food coloring. Put the mass into a decorating bag Steps 1. Bake the gingerbread dough after cutting enough parts as described in the recipe. 2. Let the parts fully cool down. 3. "Glue" one piece at a time starting with the base and let the pieces rest for at least 1 minute until "gluing" the next piece. 4. The roof will be the last two pieces. You can decorate the houses as you wish. DO NOT USE ANY TOXIC GLUE IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING YOUR TREATS!
