Gingerbread Man Ornament

I designed this gingerbread man ornament specifically for Christmas. Each component was printed separately and then assembled using strong adhesive. Every part is printed with high-quality settings on my 3D printer, taking advantage of its advanced capabilities. The eye piece required two prints due to its intricate design. The button detail needed three separate prints to achieve the desired level of precision. Meanwhile, the mouth section demanded five individual prints to guarantee a seamless fit. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Enabled for added stability Supports: Disabled for optimal print quality Resolution: Set at 0.1 mm for exceptional detail Infill Percentage: Optimized at 15% for lightweight yet durable prints Notes: Due to the small size of some components, including the eye, mouth, bowtie, button, and eyebrow files, it's essential to utilize rafts and slow down your printer speed if you encounter any difficulties. This will ensure a successful print. Post-Printing Process: Final Assembly: I employed industrial-strength super glue to securely attach each component to the gingerbread man body.
