Gingerbread House Cookie Cutter
thingiverse
This will make 2 very tiny houses (2.5cm or 1"). I scaled mine up by 200% to make houses with 5cm/2" sides. The larger rectangles are for the roof, the squares are the side walls, and the arrow shapes are the front and back walls. Roll out the dough on the pan with at least a 2 cm border larger than the cookie cutter. You need to press this into the dough on the pan and bake it as one big sheet of dough. Don't separate the pieces until after it's baked. I used PLA so I wouldn't dare press it into hot cookie dough on a hot pan, but in theory with the right material you'd press this into the cookie as soon as it comes out of the oven to re-cut the lines where they baked together. I just use a sharp knife.
