Cookie Cutters Simplify Christmas Gingerbread Manger Preparation. For years, we've been making at least one gingerbread manger for Christmas. The concept is straightforward: mix together a batch of gingerbread dough, shape it, bake it, and then assemble the pieces with chocolate and other sweet treats to create a beautiful display. Some elements are easy to make, such as the base, walls, and roof, but others can be more challenging, like crafting Jesus, Mary, Joseph, and the Star. This year, I'm finally equipped with a 3D printer, and inspired by existing cookie cutter designs, I decided to create a set that will make this task easier in the future. The design presented here has not been used yet, so it may undergo some changes after its first use. The images of gingerbread mangers shown are from last year's creations, which were made without these specialized cutters.
