Gimbal head for Tamron 150-600 G2 two-axis
thingiverse
This is my second version: What has changed: * Much thinner, yet more rigid due to PET * A second axis: also a panorama feature with 2 bearings - one for centering and another for transmitting forces There are still 4x 625 bearing for the tilt axis * Two ways of zoom fixation: either sliding with two M3 screws for added security (can be balanced at any zoom position) or the classic 1/4" screw, balanced at 600mm only * A level in the center for a precise mount on the tripod * The ability to brake movement with 2 screws per axis * The Manfrotto quick-release mount can easily be swapped out for other connectors for different tripods or situations (using M3 screws)
