Gillette Mach 3 / March 3 Turbo Shaver Handle I designed this simple handle as an emergency replacement after I lost my shaver and still had many spare blades on hand. I know how expensive these things can be, so I wanted to create a solution that was quick and easy to print without requiring any support materials. The design is meant to fit snugly onto your razor, but if you experience difficulty fitting it in place, try softening the tip with a lighter - it works wonders! As this is intended as a temporary replacement, it may not be as effective as the original handle. However, you can use it with new blades or discard it and print a fresh one whenever you switch to new blades. For optimal results, I recommend printing at 0.2mm or thicker layers without supports. If you do need to generate supports, flip the handle upside down to ensure a better print quality. A 50% infill or higher is ideal, but at least 30% should suffice.
