Gilera Runner SM06 rubber mould
thingiverse
Mould to make SM06 exhaust plate replacement rubbers. SM06 is the original exhaust of a Gilera Runner 180CC 2 stroke. How I used the mould: 1. Put silicone caulk in a sealable plastic bag. 2. Add a few drops of acrylic paint (any color). 3. Mix well, and then cut the tip off. 4. Inject it into a 100ml syringe (in the back, take the plunger out first). 5. Put the plunger back in and Inject it into the mould using the syringe. 6. Wait about 12 to 24 hours and open the mould. Optionally you can add a bit of cornstarch to the mix, this will make them look less shiny and will also make them stiffer. I used about 40ml silicone caulk, approximately a tea spoon of cornstarch and 3 big droplets of black acrylic paint. You need to print the rod twice. Printed in PLA, 20% infill. Might need light sanding after printing.
