Gilbert Engineering Fuzion Mount

EMT Mount for the Gilbert Engineering Fuzion. The center design of this prop offers many challenges in creating mounts and because of this I've avoided a complex and skinny center mount. These mounts create an H design using EMT. You have a mount on the top and bottom of each side and two off center mounts to hold the crossbar. Print: 2 fuzion-bl-ur (bottom left & upper right) 2 fuzion-ul-br (upper left & bottom right) 2 fuzion center To attach the center support to the outer supports, use a 1/2" PVC T with the EMT bushings you can print in my other designs. I use self tapping screws to drill through the PVC to remove any movement. I use 4 perimeter walls and 4 top/bottom layers. 20-30% infill is plenty. Category: Other
