Gigahorse-esque kit for gaslands/hotwheels
thingiverse
Kit up a gigahorse-style car by printing out one of the main files - gigihoss. Next, select your engine from four V8 engines, two jet engines, or a nuclear reactor. The nuke engine requires supports, but the others can be printed without them. You can also use this as a monster truck kit and ignore the engines entirely. Assembly isn't too difficult, although it can be challenging to keep things level and square. However, this design offers a lot of freedom when it comes to placing various components, frame angles, suspension positions, and more. Parts notes: * The two short and two long square pieces are used as leading and trailing arms, which need to be glued to the inside of the body side flaps. You may need to cut them down to size. * Attach the driveshaft to the diff first, making sure the angled end is facing downwards so it can be glued to the bottom of the frame. * The gas tanks should be glued to the sides of the body flaps. * The pyramid piece serves as a mount for the front suspension uprights. There's a small notch on the frame that you'll need to locate it by. * The flat disks are spacers used between the rear tractor wheels.
