I designed a basic gift card holder. The design was created using OpenSCAD. A 3D snowflake pattern is then cut into the top in 3D Builder. To make your own design for the top, I've uploaded the blank .stl file. These are printed in PLA with supports and fit together snugly due to the added supports for the holes, allowing for easy opening and closing.
