Yes, gift cards are not very personal, but they can be made more personal by giving them in a beautifully crafted box that you printed yourself! To make this possible, I've included a Sketchup file so you can create your own custom version. To assemble the gift card holder, follow these simple steps: First, print one of the two boxes, along with the lid, wrapper, and bow. I used hot melt glue to bring it all together seamlessly. For printing, I used my Replicator 2 with Makerware software. The settings were as follows: 100% infill, 2 shells, and a layer height of 0.20mm with ABS plastic.
