Gift Box - All parts printed in vase (spiral) mode
thingiverse
The dimensions of the box without the ribbon measure 55x55x21. Ribbon-top and ribbon2 must be securely attached with glue. All components should be printed in vase mode to ensure optimal results. This method offers several benefits: it reduces printing time, minimizes material usage, produces thin ribbons, and achieves a flawless surface finish without the presence of Z-jumps. For every part, the top layer is set at zero. In addition, for the parts ribbon-top, ribbon1, and ribbon2, the bottom layer should also be set to zero. A well-heated bed is essential for proper adhesion. The thickness of the bottom layer is 0.65 millimeters (1x 0.2 + 3x 0.15), which should only slightly vary from this value. The nozzle and line width are both set at 0.4 millimeters. The desired layer height is 0.15 millimeters. If problems arise with the vase mode print of ribbon-top, it can be printed separately using these settings: Vases Mod turned off, top and bottom layers set to zero, wall line count set to one, and infill density set to zero.
