GIF Files of Bending without Marking the sheets

This style of bending was developed due to customer requests for no marks. Plastic initially worked well, but underwent changes during production. To address this, I used .030 stainless steel shims fitted to the die center line. Duct tape on the ends allows them to function as a hinge, preventing bending over edges. I call it "shim bending" and demonstrate both Amada and standard V dies. For better visuals, check out the Pad Bends Video.avi in this library.
