Gideon - 10" Desk Weapon Series

Gideon from Seven Deadly Sins takes third place in my 10" Desk Weapon series. Like most of my designs, the original style was tweaked to make printing easier. The Grey Matteforge Matte PLA used for printing this design came courtesy of Printed Solid: https://www.printedsolid.com/ This hammer boasts a slim handle, so I made a 2.4mm hole to allow reinforcement. I employed Ook 14 gauge wire: https://www.homedepot.com/p/OOK-14-Gauge-x-100-ft-Galvanized-Steel-Wire-50142/100200924 The wire can be easily straightened using a block of wood and a drill. Simply search YouTube for "straighten wire control rods" to find a great video showing how it's done. Also, since the handle is thin and so much taller than the rest of the parts, printing an extra one spaced out a bit from the other can help it print cleaner on some machines. I've included a STEP file in the downloads for easy customization.
