GIC Prusa i3 X-axis belt tensioner
thingiverse
This is a relatively simple X-axis tensioner for the GIC Prusa, which are typically found on Amazon and eBay. Unlike most Prusa machines, this one has a different-sized tensioner that won't fit on these particular machines. Installing it will reduce your x-range by about 10-15mm. You won't need to add anything to your y-axis, just loosen the bolts that hold it in place by about 5mm. Then, hand tighten the belt as you normally would, followed by tightening the bolts until the belt is taught. Print at a 100% fill setting - this should be relatively quick and straightforward. Here's what you'll need to print: 1x M3x40 socket cap screw 1x M3 nut 1x M4x16 socket cap screw 2x M4 washer 1x 624ZZ bearing
