When a Gibdo succumbs to flames, it morphs into a terrifying Redead - an encounter that still sends shivers down my spine today. This mask interior is a tribute to that unforgettable moment. About the Project As a lifelong fan of The Legend of Zelda series, I've always dreamed of crafting something that would serve as a heartfelt tribute to the franchise. My intention was never to reinvent the masks entirely, but rather to reimagine them as they might appear in a modern, next-gen game with cutting-edge PBR rendering technology. While staying true to their original essence, I wanted to add my own creative flair while respecting the iconic designs. The primary area where I diverged from the classics is within the mask interiors, which are usually barren or featureless in the games. These empty spaces presented the perfect canvas for me to infuse with personal touches and lore-friendly Easter eggs that fans of the series would appreciate.
