Giant Ultimaker Robot for Vacuum Forming

I scaled up this Ultimaker Robot to 200 mm tall by 220 mm wide, dividing it into halves that served as molds for a vacuum forming machine. Photos showcase the assembled robot halves, followed by its placement on the vacuum forming machine. The hollow shell will be used by my 4H class for their balancing robot project, sliding over the electronics. Each half of this Ultimaker Robot took approximately 16 hours to print with 10% infill, utilizing PLA material that proved suitable for the vacuum forming process.
