Giant Seven Segment Display
thingiverse
I built these massive seven segment displays to serve as a YouTube subscription counter that I mounted on my wall. Check out my video on this project here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DM0E9tf7Ko. Visit my YouTube Channel for more amazing projects like this one: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjgA1ehfjkZ4WMa5Cw9f1LA. The base of the digit and the detail piece are both printed in black PLA, while the main portion of the seven segment display that lights up is printed on white PLA. To get started with this project, you'll need some WS2811 LEDs: https://amzn.to/3aN2Wsv. A 5v Regulator can also be useful: https://amzn.to/33afIPj. An ESP32 board will provide the necessary control: https://amzn.to/39VbM7q. For detailed instructions on how I built it, check out my GitHub repo here - https://github.com/csteamengine/YoutubeCounter.
