Giant Ridesense speed/cadence sensor adapter

Giant Ridesense speed/cadence sensor adapter

I designed an adapter for the Giant Ride Sense Speed/Cadence integrated sensor to extend its usability beyond the previous giant road bike. After my last giant road bike broke down, I repurposed the remaining ride sense sensor for use on other bicycles. The proprietary Ride Sense sensor is compatible with various manufacturers' bikes, not just Giant's latest models. To assemble this adapter, you'll need one M3 nut. My settings for 3D printing were as follows: I used ABS filament, set the top, bottom, and shell thickness to 1.2mm, the layer thickness to 0.2mm, heated the bed to 80 degrees Celsius, the extruder to 245 degrees Celsius, printed at a speed of 90 mm/s, filled with under 20% infill, and added support material with 15% infill at 70 degrees and a brim of 20%.
