First the thanks go to Giant Lego Skeleton Minifigure by jwylie01, published Sep 25, 2017. I just scaled it up to an enormous 1200% of its original size. I modified all of the parts by redrawing them with a sleeker, more refined arc. I also optimized the parts so that the support needed for printing is minimized, resulting in significantly shorter print times. When assembling the model, be aware that the legs and arm joints are extremely stiff and prone to breaking. To overcome this issue, I printed all of the parts in PLA and submerged them in warm water before assembly. This approach worked out exceptionally well for me. The model was successfully printed on a delta printer equipped with a 1mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.8 mm.
