Giant L R C Game Block Templates

I created a Giant Jenga game from 2x3 wood and then sparked an idea to make a massive LRC game. I developed letter templates, printed them on my 3D printer, and also designed a router bit guide. I cut 4x4 lumber to size and used the router templates as guides to achieve an engraved look for the letters. I must admit that the guide didn't fit the template as snugly as I would have liked, and the letters didn't turn out as well as I had envisioned. However, they will suffice. Perhaps another person can refine the tolerances and improve the outcome. To keep everything in place, I had to use a piece of tape to hold the template against the wood block.
