This is a colossal 5-person, fully functional Nintendo costume! We built an enormous Nintendo system, enabling us to pack all the electronic equipment and projector inside its massive body. Two "speakers" were designed to serve as screens. The Nintendo controllers, crafted entirely from 3D printed parts, allow two people to play together seamlessly. Each controller communicates via Bluetooth with a Raspberry Pi, a miniature PC running Linux and an open-source interface. This setup enables the installation and configuration of a NES emulator, which transmits the image to a projector. Everything functions on batteries, allowing us to take this colossal Nintendo system on the street for Halloween! The suit required significant time and ingenuity, but the end result is a priceless, gigantic Nintendo.
