Work in Progress - Requires fit test with LED's (fit checked in CAD)This is a modular design for a giant 7 segment display, could be used for clocks, timers, stopwatches or similar.Each digit is 180m x 100mm, colon is 180mmx18mmPrinted with 0.1mm profile using variable layer height gives good results to ensure a flush fit for the lenses. This is designed around using 60LED/m W2812B IP30/IP65 strip, each segment should accommodate 4 LED's with some additional room for wiring (1 LED each for the colon segments)Black plate is recessed to guide installation of the led strip and help routing the wiring between segments. - I hope the recess is small enough that there shouldn't be any light seepage between segments, but this may have to change when testedHole in each segment for rear wiring accessEach segment is secured by recessed M3 hex bolts from the front, through the black plate and used to secure the segment to a mounting.The lenses can be printed separately and glued into place, or it may be possible to print in place as a dual colour print
