The G.I. Joe H.A.V.O.C. model from 1986 is a scaled-up design optimized for printing at 25%. Printing within this range ensures the right balance of detail. The completed model weighs 26 grams, translating to a material cost of approximately 55 cents per print. A big thanks goes to Chris for sharing his vintage toy, which greatly improved modeling speed and accuracy. This file is freely available for download, with one important condition: it's listed as non-commercial because the original intellectual property isn't owned by me. As such, neither you nor I can sell physical copies of this 3D model. However, printing personal copies is encouraged and appreciated – 'makes' are always welcome. It should be clear how to print these models now. To achieve optimal results, always print with the show side facing up whenever possible and use supports as needed. Guns are printed with their barrels parallel to the build plate for added strength. As always, much respect and gratitude go out to past and present members of our Armed Forces. They truly embody the spirit of "Real American Heroes," making it possible for me and others like me to live in peace, freedom, and even create whimsical little toys such as these.
