GI Joe Classified Sgt Slaughter Triple T
thingiverse
This is a rolling tread design for a Classified 6-inch (or Oversized 7") scale GI Joe Sgt. Slaughter Triple T (aka TTT). It's a BIG print, especially the body and chassis. Fits fine on my Ender 5+, but you may need to double check on your printers if you have enough available real estate. For a 6" tall figure: PRINT TREADS in flexible filament at 90.9% scale. Print Axles also at 90.9% scale. Print all other files at 100% For a 7" tall figure: PRINT TREADS in flexible filament at 100% scale. Print Axles also at 100% scale. Print all other files at 110% Note the treads have a "false" thin cover edge that is to be mounted facing towards the middle of the vehicle (it only really fits on in one direction). Also note, the figure "foot pegs" are 3.1mm when printed at 100% scale. They will probably be too large when printed at 110% scale. Gun, Rocket, Axle, Wheel, and Tread files will need to be printed twice (one set for left side, one set for right side). When assembling the gun, you will need to glue the barrel into the main housing. Glue the base retainer clip such that the tabs will face upwards when they are mounted in their normal position. The tabs are the only things that will help keep the gun snug against the body shell. Back and Engine cover files are unchanged from the original STLs scanned and provided by Jeff Woodward (giving credit where credit is due). Print the engine cover in the sideways orientation as shown. Flip the back cover STL over 180 degrees so that the details side is facing up. I'm still semi-new to designing and 3D modeling (most files were made or altered on Tinkercad). Feedback / Constructive Comments are welcome and encouraged! EDIT: Also included my STLs for Sgt. Slaughter's drill instructor cover, whistle, and wristbands. Ideally, print these in flexible filament (but I think regular PLA would work alright also). EDIT2: Apparently, I overlooked something. For 7" figure, print the axles at 100%. For 6" figure, print the axles at 90.9%. Cheers and Yo Joe!!!
