GI Joe AWE Striker

GI Joe AWE Striker

thingiverse

The AWE Striker is modeled at the same scale as the actual toy, but it's meant to be printed at 25% size. Printing it larger or smaller may result in too much or too little detail. To print the chassis correctly, use 'right-side up' orientation with supports. I created a "no antenna" version of this file, which is the one I used for myself. I'll simply use a piece of wire to create the antennas instead. The wheels are printed with the hubcaps pointed upwards, while the gun should be printed horizontally with supports underneath it. For the front bumper, point the headlights up and make sure you have supports enabled. To complete the model, print the chassis support upside down - although it's more like a rear wheel anti-roll bar, as shown in the picture. A huge amount of respect and gratitude goes out to past and present members of our Armed Forces. They are the real American heroes who allow people like me to live in peace, freedom, and create silly little toys such as these. This file is free to download for personal use only.
