GI Joe 1986 Cobra Stun engine covers
thingiverse
This is a pair of models for a 1986 GI Joe Cobra Stun engine covers (original is red in the pictures, printed model is silver). This was a commonly broken part on this toy and I have recreated it using measurements from an original part, but I did reinforce the tabs to make them more robust and harder to break off. There may be some creative license involved on some of the "greeblies" since it's hard to determine what the original toy's details were supposed to look like given plastic warpage in the manufacturing process, but I am happy with how the final model turned out. The parts should fit snugly on an original toy, but there could also be slight variances between printers and exposure that could affect the fit. These covers are a "lift from the bottom" type to remove. I recommend printing this on the same edge that I have the models oriented on. Best of luck in completing your vintage GI Joe Cobra Stun and Yo Joe! ***** LICENSE NOTES: Please note that the license for this model is non-commercial. It's intent is to provide folks with a way to replace missing parts on their original vintage toys since so many of these have gone missing or have been broken over the years.
