GHT female to 3/8" BSP fitting male (BSPP)
thingiverse
I printed in PLA+ with .1 layers and it has worked well for me. I recommend printing larger threads down with supports on the base plate in .1mm layers or less. The smaller the layer, the finer the detail, which is important for small threads like the BSP. This was created to allow me to connect a very compact Scandvik showerhead to an Aquor quick-connect in my converted van. The Scandvik shower head/hose uses the BSP threads. I searched high and low to find a fitting to go from a male garden hose thread (on the Aquor) to a female 3/8" BSPP fitting (Scandvik hose). I could not find one anywhere. Apparently, the garden hoses in the UK use a different thread than the US, so no luck finding one overseas either. I looked for actual metal fittings and existing 3D-printed models but had no luck. Necessity being the mother of invention, I spent a couple of days learning Fusion 360 and making this. This is now my third version with many aesthetic enhancements. I am uploading this in case it can help someone else out some day. It's tested and holds pressure on my water system which is set to about 40psi. This is made to accept a hose gasket.
