Ghosts in the Window (or Wall)
thingiverse
Ghosts in the Window (or Wall) is a decorative print for Halloween fun anytime. This two-part print creates an illusion of a Ghost traveling through a solid window or wall by mounting half on one side and the other half on the other. Simple yet effective! Three STL files are provided: one for both parts printed together, and two for each part ready to print individually. At standard scale, the Ghosts stand approximately 85mm tall. Print in white, translucent natural, or glow-in-the-dark filament. Provided your prints stick well to the build plate, this should be an easy print. The Ghosts don't use a lot of filament (just over 30gm at standard scale with a Raft), but as they have thin walls and many outlines, they do take a while to print. Apply some good double-sided tape or similar to the flat surfaces of your Ghosts, then stick them in place so it appears as a single entity traveling through the solid object. Ensure the two halves are aligned for the best effect. Please refer to the instructions and images for additional information and post pictures of your ghosts haunting different locations!
