GHOSTS

GHOSTS

Ghosts are decorative prints designed to add a spooky touch to any room during Halloween or as a fun decoration throughout the year. Two files are provided, each with a different mounting option. The wall mount is ready for hanging on a small nail or screw head (head size up to 6.25mm / shaft size up to 3.0mm) straight from the build plate. The hanging type needs to be threaded before it can hang. To thread it, pass the thread down through the top hole into one of the eyes, then across between the eyes and back up out the top. Translucent thread is preferred as it's almost invisible but harder to thread because its end isn't visible easily. A tip for easier threading is to use colored thread first, tie it onto the translucent thread, and pull it through in place of the colored thread (refer to images for further clarification). Ghosts look great when printed with white or glow-in-the-dark filament. At standard scale, each ghost is 110mm tall and can be scaled up or down as desired but keep in mind this will affect the hole and wall mount fitting. Please refer to the instructions and images for additional information... and post pictures of your ghosts haunting your home or office.... Using three shells ensures the curvature on the edges is well built. Three shells also keep wall thickness thicker in areas with tighter curves. Post-Printing Just hang or wall mount your ghost... The wall mount type is ready off the build plate to hang over a small nail or screw head (head size up to 6.25mm / shaft size up to 3.0mm). The hanging type needs to be threaded to hang. Thread down through the hole in the top into one of the eyes, thread across between the eyes, then thread back up and out the top. Translucent thread is preferred as it's almost 'invisible' but harder to thread as you can't see its end easily. The 'easier threading tip' is to thread some colored thread first, tie it onto the translucent thread and pull it back through in place of the colored thread (Refer to images for additional understanding of this suggestion).
