Ghostbusters Sign for Ender 3 and Ender 5 Plus

A take on Bob's Occult wonderful sign [thing:5387694](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5387694/files/) I made four design changes/decisions to fit how I plan to hang this for Halloween. 1. I enclosed the case to make a frame. You're only going to be able to see one side anyway and I wanted to cram more LEDs in there. 2. I remade the ghost to be more accurate, and I combined it with the base so that the lights would be more visible. 3. Added a divot in the post to allow it to mount flush without the wires for the LEDs getting in the way. 4. Added holes to the base to allow it to be secured to the frame using M3*6 screws. I've included a version that is fit to print on the Ender 3 and Ender 5 Plus. **A note on the Ender 5 Plus version:** It was designed to push the limits of the printer. I had to slice the white ghost part without a skirt in PrusaSlicer just to get it to fit the bed.
