The proton pack bumper build calls for three split parts to fit on a common 200x200 bed; however, an update reveals properly voided slots for the joiner on each part, ensuring mechanical strength and alignment when glued. Additionally, dimensions of the joiner were reduced for better fit. A ghost data issue in the middle part was resolved by using Cura to slice it and discarding the first .5mm of print. Be cautious with overhangs as they may cause issues with some slicing software. The final assembly involves four pieces: left, right, middle bumper parts, and a small rectangular tab for guiding gluing process. Consider using 5-minute epoxy for added strength.
