These are end caps I used to make my Freon tanks that I use on my roof rack for my Ecto-1. This is just the caps; to build the rest, you'll need some (6" ID) Sch 35 PVC pipe, as this design fits perfectly. The caps measure 3.113 inches tall and 6.276 inches in diameter. I recommend cutting your pipe to 9.5 inches before attaching the caps if you're building a scale replica of the roof rack from the original movie. If you want to create a radome, simply cut the pipe to 7 inches instead of 9.5. You can trim the pipes to any length that fits your roof rack as long as the inside diameter remains 6 inches.
