UPDATE 2/12/17. This section was showcased in the Ghostbusters Station 6 fan film, check it out on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHMUsQqLmRg. A custom-printable belt mount for the Ghostbusters belt gadget is available here. First, print BeltPlate and file slots to fit your belt along with the clasps. Next, add another 1mm to each side of the slot after belt fitting to accommodate the faux leather. Get some small silver leather rivets and drill the belt plate and belt mount parts so that the male rivet can pass through. Order a 15mm press stud and drill a centre hole in the mount to fit it. Then, cover the mount and plate with black faux leather, making sure to pierce the holes as you go along. I used Copydex to glue mine down securely. Add the 15mm press stud to the centre hole now. Using two-part epoxy, attach the mount to the belt plate first, then apply a small amount of glue to the rivet holes in the belt plate and push the rivets through before allowing the glue to dry completely. Now, fit your belt gizmo. I glued wedge.stl to the back of my gizmo, then drilled through the belt plate into the wedge using some small #4 self-tappers to secure it in place. You may prefer a different method, however.
