In my quest for a SolidWorks model of a Ghostbusters Proton Pack, I watched a YouTube video featuring Adam Savage creating his movie props. As an added project, I considered vacuum forming it at work. However, after extensive web searches, I couldn't find a suitable model. Fortunately, I discovered fan material with detailed plans. Stefan Otto's 2002 plans, based on reference pictures from Minnesota's Planet Hollywood, proved helpful. Although my model features some modifications and isn't an exact replica of the movie props, you can explore the original plans and numerous references on gbfans.com and therpf.com.
