Ghostbuster Gigameter LED display

Code and circuit to drive a common anode (or cathode if you invert the HIGHs to LOWs and vice versa) 3 digit 7 segment LED display for the Ghostbuster Gigameter from an Arduino Nano. Nothing other than power, the Nano and a display are needed. The Gigameter also features some other LED effects, I will be publishing these driven from a second Nano ASAP. Use with an Arduino Nano 328. The software picks a random number between 0-999 and seeks to it from its current value, slowing down as it approaches the target value. The display is from here:http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Big-Sale-20pcs-1-2-3-4-bit-5pcs-per-size-Common-Anode-Positive-Digital-Tube/32328282849.html but the code allows any display to be easily made to work. Ignore 10mmcube.stl as I seem unable to publish publicly unless a stl file is included. Video of it in action:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hO0Lbys6lBY
