Ghost Stand and Dial vor IKEA HALVKLART (USB LED spotlight)
thingiverse
I decided to design my own stand for my Ghost and adapt the dial to fit the IKEA HALVKLART LED spots, which a grabbed a little while ago for some future project. The parts are relatively easy to print, however, print orientation is somewhat important to get a nice surface finish. I've uploaded how I printed the parts, but depending on your printer you may need to change this. The clearances are adjusted for my printer and are a snug fit, except for the button - it needs to be loose to allow the actuator to push it back, so it may not bind at all. For the parts: - Arm Orientation is key, but apart from that there's nothing much to it. - Base Can be adjusted by taste, should be by far the easiest to swap out. - Button Looks longer than it is, because the actual button on the LED spot is recessed (make sure to remove the "bottom" of the Spot to expose the circuit board - otherwise the whole bottom part acts as the button. Again, this needs to fit very loosely to allow the spring in the actual button to push the pin back out again. - Cover This is supposed to slide into the dial for about 1-2 millimeters for a perfect fit - the bottom part is held in by the base neatly. - Dial The only surface visible is the rear. Meaning print quality is irrelevant, as long as you place that facing downward. However, higher quality print settings will help with the fit. - Logo 1/2 Nothing to say here... The STEP file is included, feel free to make any changes you like!
