Ghost Rider Light Switch
thingiverse
Remixed the Ghost Rider into a compact light switch controller for my Nikobus domotics system. Two small buttons flank both sides of its throat, connecting directly to the light switch that fits snugly at the back. A cone-shaped hole in the middle showcases the LED indicator, clearly displaying whether the adjacent room's lights are on or off. The lower switches remain easily accessible underneath. Print Settings Printer: Cubicon Single Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 mm layer height Infill: 15% infill Notes: Printed in white Cubicon ABS, despite some support material dropping during printing, the result exceeded expectations. Design Overview The Nikobus light switch model was crafted using OnShape (link to design files). The Ghost Rider was resized to fit a 19 cm by 17 cm by 8.3 cm space on my build plate in Meshmixer, then combined with the light switch via boolean operations.
