This was originally going to be for another project, but the person had already used a different design, so I made this my own. I gotta say I'm a lot happier with it being my design, because I made it a lot more detailed and now it something that I'm actually proud of! I chose the most obvious name I could. He's a ghost with a brain showing, so his name is Ghost Brain!
