The Base of Your Scaler Trailer: Frame and Suspension! I'm thrilled to share the GH Scaler Trailer design with you. I had an absolute blast creating this project and am delighted to offer it for free. Check out this link to watch an assembly video: https://youtu.be/n0an7SQ9enA You'll need to print the following: 1x Frame 1x ShackleL 1x ShackleR 2x LeafMountOuter 2x LeafMountInner 2x LeafSpring Depending on your threaded rod size (M3 or M5/#10), you'll also need: * 1x AxleTube (M3 or M5) * 4x M3BearingSpacer (if using M3) or 4x M5BearingSpacer (if using M5/#10) Assembly hardware (feel free to adjust): * 4x M3x12 button head machine screws * 8x M2x5 self-tapping screws * 4x M2x8 self-tapping screws * 1x M3x15 set screw * 1x threaded rod (M3, M5, or #10) * 10x lock nuts for the threaded rod (M3, M5, or #10-?) Optional parts: * 1x LunetteRing (printed) * 1x M3 Rod End Don't forget to grab these wheel bearings: 4x 5mm x 11mm x 4mm sealed bearings. Ready for more Scaler Trailer parts?
