This is a cover for the security screw hole, when you install a backlight. It looks uggly when there is just the whole were originally the screw was. you can either put black tape over it, cut the original security screw and glue it back or you can put this cover in it. I guess I will update the design, but nothing special that you couldn't do on tinkerCAD in 4min;)
