GFCI Outlet Phone Shelf (w/ Fusion export)

I wanted a little shelf above my GFCI Single Gang Electrical Outlet Wall Plate. Here it is! I've designed a bit of tolerance in the "glue channels" so it should be relatively easy to print and assemble on most printers (hopefully). *Print WITH supports (the Ribs don't need them but the Plate and Shelf probably do) PrintTWO copies of Rib.stl and one of each of the others. Object orientations should be correct as provided to reduce supports, simplify printing Update 2019-09-17 Improved orientation of Plate for less support, better final product Update 2019-09-18, 2019-09-23 Reduced size above upper screw Made Shelf slightly wider and 3/4" deeper Increased height of lip around around shelf Slight change in depth for glue channel of Rib Parameterized some of the Fusion model Update 2019-10-03 Gap above top back to 25mm No longer a Work in Progress. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Filament: Hatchbox PLA, 1.75mm White Post-Printing ============= I used CA / Super Glue to attach the four printed parts (plate, shelf, two ribs). How I Designed This I found Alexhart's modelrnI imported the .stl into Fusion 360rn Inserted the upload into a new drawingrnI converted the Mesh (imported model) to BREP (first save drawing, disable history)rn I had to scale the BREP by 0.1 to make it the appropriate sizernI simplified the BREP just a bit to make it easier to get dimensions from.rn Using the original model as a reference, I created my own wall plate WITHOUT a shelfrnI test printed this to make sure the dimensions were appropriate.rnrnI will be making a separate remix for the my wall plate without a ledge and I'll include Fusion 360 export files with that.rnrn Added a small shelf with a lip roughly the dimensions of my phone.rn* I designed these to print as four parts and glued.
